Corn Waffles

- 1 ½ cups P.A.N. Pre-cooked White Corn Meal

- 1 teaspoon baking powder

- 2 ½ cups milk 

- 2 eggs

- 2 tablespoons sugar

- 3 tablespoons butter

- 1 teaspoon salt


  1. Mix P.A.N. Pre-cooked White Corn Meal, baking powder and salt in a bowl. Separate the egg whites.
  2. Whisk butter with sugar in another bowl and slowly add egg yolks until smooth. Next, add milk and continue stirring the batter until homogeneous.
  3. Whisk egg whites in a separate bowl until frothy and add to the egg-yolk batter. Mix well.
  4. Pour the batter in a hot waffle toaster slightly greased with butter. Remove when golden brown on both sides. Serve while hot with butter, honey, syrup, jam or the side of choice.
