Ingredients

- 1 ½ cups P.A.N. Pre-cooked Yellow Corn Meal

- ¾ cup  cornstarch

- ½ teaspoon salt

- ½ cup sugar

- 1 ½  tablespoons baking powder

- 2 cups milk

- 3 eggs

- ½ cup butter, melted

Preparation

  1. Pre-heat oven to 400° F. Grease muffin cups with butter and sprinkle P.A.N. Pre-cooked Yellow Corn Meal.
  2. Mix P.A.N. Pre-cooked Yellow Corn Meal, cornstarch, salt, sugar and baking powder in a bowl. Then add milk, eggs and butter. Mix well.
  3. Pour batter into each muffin cup until they are ¾ full. Bake for 20-25. Insert a toothpick to make sure it is ready. It should come out clean.
